Innsbrook, MO (PRWEB) September 22, 2014 -- Four lakeside Innsbrook A-frame chalets were featured on a new HGTV show, “Lakefront Bargain Hunt”, with the premise of a real estate agent helping a local family find a lake vacation home for under $225,000.

Innsbrook is located less than an hour west of St. Louis. Its 7,500 acres include recreational and residential properties, a conference center, restaurant, and 18-hole public golf course. HGTV is a top-rated cable network that is distributed to more than 98 million U.S. households.

The 30-minute primetime episode featuring Innsbrook aired for the first time on Monday, September 1, and will re-air on the network on Sunday, September 28 at 7:00 p.m. CDT.

Innsbrook Properties, Inc. real estate agent Dan Dieckmann of Dardenne Prairie, Mo., led buyers Gail and Picha and their four daughters, of St. Louis, on a tour of four recreational chalets. They explored Innsbrook via car, horseback and boat.

“We’re both in the medical profession and we’re very busy,” said Gail. “We really enjoy the chance to get away from time to time and spend time together as a family.”

The majority of Innsbrook’s properties are wooded and private with at least one acre of land per lot. Many of the properties are located on one of the community’s more than 100 lakes, ranging in size from half-an-acre to 236 acres.

Innsbrook has a variety of turn-key properties from which to choose, ranging in price from $72,000 to $3.2 million. Lots are also for sale to build custom homes, chalets and cottages on Innsbrook’s golf course, in the woods, meadows or lakeside. Home sites range in price from $35,000 to $514,900.
