Insight Behavioral Health Centers, Texas Opens New Intensive Outpatient Program in Austin Area
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) July 18, 2016 -- Today, Insight Behavioral Health Centers, Texas (Insight, Texas), Eating Recovery Center’s provider of comprehensive treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, announced the opening of an Intensive Outpatient Program in Round Rock, TX. Located near Austin, this center provides treatment to children, adolescents and adults suffering from a range of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as trauma-related symptoms and dual-diagnoses such as eating disorders or substance abuse disorder.

Insight, Texas is also uniquely equipped to work with complex cases involving significant self-harm, chronic suicidality, histories of disordered eating, high conflict families and significant trauma.
The Intensive Outpatient Program will address these conditions through comprehensive support services with three hours of programming per day, three days a week. These services include:
• Specific treatment for trauma-related symptoms
• Support for dual diagnoses, including eating disorders and substance abuse disorder
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy curriculum
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy skill training
• Exposure and Response Prevention groups
• Expressive and movement therapies
• Nutrition and lifestyle coaching from registered dietitians
• Weekly communication with outpatient providers
In addition to Intensive Outpatient Programming, Insight, Texas will expand its Mood and Anxiety Program to offer Partial Hospitalization Program beginning September 1, 2016.
