The company achieved the 16th spot on the list of 74 small/medium employers in the state. This was the fifth consecutive year placing on the list.

The Best Companies Group scores the workplace practices survey, as well as the employee survey, and each Best Places to Work candidate is given a total overall score.
Also in 2015, for the first time in company history, Inspira landed on the Inc. 5000 List, placing seventh among 34 Pittsburgh area companies and 51st among businesses in the financial services industry.
