Inspirational Author and Dallas Area Attorney to Speak at The Lofts at LOOK Cinemas, May 8th
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- Inspirational author and Dallas Attorney and former Dallas County Assistant Prosecutor Brett Stalcup will speak at The Lofts at Look Cinemas located at 5904 Belt Line Road in Dallas on May 8th to present PUSH – a life transforming book.
PUSH encourages readers to overcome their personal tragedies, addictions, and life difficulties while improving personal and business relationships. Tony Jeary, high achiever life coach, authored the book’s forward and said, “…PUSH will help you think through and possibly uncover patterns in life and habits that simply aren't serving you anymore.”
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. Admission is free. After the presentation, a lively question-and-answer session with extended audience participation will follow. Refreshments and a book signing by Mr. Stalcup will be available at the event.
About Brett Stalcup
Mr. Stalcup began his law career working for the legendary Dallas County District Attorney Henry Wade. In 1989, he went into private practice as a criminal defense lawyer. He was recognized as a leading criminal defense lawyer in 1990 after successfully litigating the high profile murder case against Dana McIntosh. He was one of the founding attorneys that developed a recovery defense strategy for drug and alcohol related offenses.
He is a consultant to La Hacienda, a drug and alcohol treatment program, and is a past consultant to their outpatient program director. He is an advocate for the homeless and volunteers at Austin Street Centre.
Mr. Stalcup balances his professional life with a rich and rewarding personal life. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
