InspX Announces High Speed X-Ray Inspection Solution For Continuous Webs Of Pouches And Packets
Fremont, California (PRWEB) December 30, 2013 -- InspX is pleased to announce its ScanTrac Brioso X-Ray inspection system for pouch and packet bandoleers. The Brioso stands out in the marketplace for its inspection speed and contents verification capability.
The design of the Brioso is tailored for the highest production speeds – up to 600 linear feet per minute or up to 5,000 packets per minute! Pouches and packets can be any length and are limited to 8” in width; they can be made from paper, plastic, metalized film or aluminum foil.
The Brioso is available with special contents verification software that interprets information from each X-Ray image to determine package weight. In extensive laboratory testing, the accuracy of the Brioso contents verification system was within 1% of the actual package weight (using a 9 ounce packet).
Like all ScanTrac systems, the Brioso is designed to provide high inspection performance in a package that is both easy to use and inexpensive to own. The Brioso offers InspX’s advanced remote diagnostic capabilities that allow for 90% of field issues to be fixed remotely and immediately.
