As part of the deployment, TransactionDesk will be integrated with Listing Data Checker by CoreLogic®. Listing Data checker is the most popular solution for validating and enforcing data quality, accuracy, and completeness within RETS-compliant multiple listing platforms.
This integration allows HGMLS to automatically verify the existence of required contracts and other documents at each stage of the listing and transaction lifecycle. Leveraging Listing Data Checker’s monitoring, validation, and notification capabilities, TransactionDesk makes it easy and efficient for real estate professionals to comply with MLS rules and regulations.
TransactionDesk also integrates deeply with CoreLogic® multiple listing and property information platforms, including Matrix™ and Realist®. Integration between these systems greatly reduces data entry by automatically populating transactions and forms with MLS and tax data, as well as populating transactions with documents attached to listings. For listing agents, these integrations also improve the workflow for attaching documents to listings.
