Vancouver, Washington: (PRWEB) December 07, 2016 -- The Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed) announced the hiring of Carl Queton as Director of Content Marketing. They also announced the hiring of four new sales staff, with intent to hire seven by the end of the year, and ultimately double the team within 12 months. The news comes after the acquisition of the company by OnCourse Learning in early September. IPCed continues to invest in their marketing and sales growth, especially as they prepare to enter the larger post-acute market.
Carl Queton is a senior marketing executive with international marketing experience, specializing in post-acute care technology. Having previously served in marketing and business development roles with the Procura Group of Companies (now Complia Health), HHAeXchange and AlayaCare, he brings a strong understanding of marketing, communications and branding into the community-based healthcare market.
IPCed has been steadily growing the sales team in 2016, however with entry into larger healthcare markets, hiring has ramped significantly. IPCed has taken an approach to grow junior sales staff into experienced professionals and subject matter experts. The company takes a consultative approach to sales, ultimately aiming to provide the highest quality of learning to improve patient outcomes while growing healthcare businesses. Hiring will occur at all levels of the sales team.
“In our space, you often see acquisitions where they aim to maximize profits while failing to invest in the resources necessary to achieve growth,” said Sharon Brother, CEO of IPCed. “We are very fortunate to be in the situation where we are going to actively invest in our people, both inside and out, and invest in our growth in order to accelerate it – not hinder it. This can only serve our clients, and ultimately their patients.”
