San Ramon, CA (PRWEB) January 14, 2015 -- On January 9, 2015, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it would continue to accept old editions of Form I-129, the Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, up to April 30, 2015. USCIS made the decision to accept older editions of Form I-129 (editions dated October 7, 2011, January 19, 2011 and November 23, 2010) up to April 30, 2015, because of feedback received from stakeholders regarding the newest edition of the form, dated October 23, 2014.
