Andrew Dill’s role at redpepper is account supervisor, and he brings with him six years of progressive experience crafting and implementing successful Marketing, Digital/Social and Communication strategies. He has worked with a variety of clients including Boeing, Mackley and Company, Kohler, Infiniti and more.
Yancey Kenna is redpepper’s content manager and social media strategist with nearly five years of marketing experience. She comes to redpepper from BBDO Atlanta, an Omnicom company, where she worked on accounts such as AT&T, REI, Florida Department of Citrus, and Arby’s.
Darcy Ferarra is redpepper’s finance manager particularly skilled in relationship marketing, budgets, and integrated marketing. She has vast experience in the finance sector, working with Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Kohls, and most recently GMR Marketing in Milwaukee.
Erin Sephel is a social media coordinator who was previously research coordinator at North Star Destination Strategies. There, she managed the full research and production process for all clients of a community-branding firm. Her skills particularly lie in market research, social media, and data analysis.
Julianne Poe comes from Knoxville where she previously was part of the creative team at Sevier Heights Baptist Church. She is redpepper’s office manager, a position well-fitted to her strong people skills and willingness to serve.
