In delivering these services, it is critical that the organization remain appropriately resourced, and as such has created a new position to help ensure successful execution. On September 1, Intellicure welcomed the newest member of its team, Moira Chrane, MHA, RRT, CHT. She reports directly to Matthew Pine, Chief Development Officer for Intellicure, Inc.
Moira has been in the healthcare industry for thirty years. She became a registered respiratory therapist in 1989, followed by an additional certification as a CHT in 1992. Moira began her management career as the Director of a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center in 1997. As her career progressed, she also spent time as a Regional Director and Regional Vice President within the wound care and hyperbaric medicine field. Moira received her graduate degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, in Health Systems Administration. She went on to found a healthcare consulting firm and eventually sold the company to work as the Vice President of Operations for a national wound care and hyperbaric medicine company.
'With an affinity for Revenue Cycle Management and a lot of time helping facilities and physicians deal with regulatory compliance, Moira brings a great deal of relevant expertise to the Intellicure organization," said Pine.
Moira has also served on the Editorial Board of Today’s Wound Clinic, and has written numerous articles on the importance of compliant documentation and the use of Electronic Health Records in implementing and maintaining appropriate compliance programs for both facility and physician practices.
