Effective immediately, Craig Friedl will hold the title of COO of Global IT Support Service. Craig has been with Intelliteach since February of 2014 and previously held the position of VP of Service Desk Operation. Craig has helped transform Intelliteach’s call centers into best in class operations and continues to provide integral support to solidifying Intelliteach’s reputation as the leading outsourcing company for the IT Legal service industry. Craig has also helped lead Intelliteach’s ISO 27001 Certification process, the leading industry standard in today’s world of security concerns and risk management. Prior to joining Intelliteach, Craig spent over 18 years with leading contact centers including Expedia and Clear Harbor.
Also, effective immediately, Mike Ferdman will now hold the title of COO of Financial Services. Mike has been with Intelliteach for 20 years and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Managed Services. Mike has extensive experience in business development and client relationship management. A trusted client partner, Mike also brings industry leading credit management techniques to the Financial services offering, assisting many of the top firms in the US in transforming their operations, as well as speaking extensively on the subject.
