(PRWEB UK) 22 July 2013 -- According to the BBC, a recent poll has revealed that Germany is the most positively rated nation in the world. The survey consisted of over 26,000 people worldwide and asked participants to rate 16 countries including the UK, Spain, Australia and India, alongside the European Union as a whole, on whether their influence in the world was ‘mainly positive’ or ‘mainly negative.’ Germany ranked highest with 59 per cent of the respondents rating it as, ‘mainly positive’, whilst ‘mainly negative’ rated countries included Israel, North Korea, Pakistan and Iran.
The figures were of interest to international moving company Interdean, who offers a wide range of services to those moving overseas. Interdean moving services include air freight, storage and shipping, as well as visa and immigration assistance. On hearing the results of this year’s research, a spokesperson from Interdean added:
“It is fascinating to see the varying opinions that different countries have of one another. As this research demonstrates opinions can change throughout the year or be influenced by an event held or associated with that country, for instance the UK receiving a positive boost through hosting the 2012 Olympics.”
