Internet Reduction Technology Now Makes It Possible to Reduce Data Traffic Up to 80%
Beverly Hills, CA (PRWEB) May 27, 2014 -- Intrak, an Australian based technology company has developed an innovative way to reduce bandwidth up to 80% beyond compression reduction. This technology called MVFU by Intrak, is deemed to be a “game changer and disruptive in nature”to the main players in the market such as Skype, Youtube, Sky and Commercial TV channels worldwide who rely on compression technology. When launched MVFU will prove to not only save users time and energy but also money.
“We have succeeded in reducing the bandwidth significantly,” according to a statement from the CEO of Intrak, Ibrahim Nahla, MVFU has been in research and development for a good eleven years. The technology has received international patents and also preparatory pre-MVFU development has been graced with the Asian innovation awards.
The benefits of MVFU technology seem endless, with less global carbon footprints, doubling the number of internet uses predicted to increase to 10 billion by 2016, and reducing the cost of internet and smart phone bills to name a few. As of right now there really is no green solution to the virtual world, and Intrak’s MVFU seems to be one of the first of the major players in the game.
“The virtual world and the cloud is light years from being green or clean. There are more than 3 million data centres around the world as physical infrastructures such as power stations, electricity grids, buildings stacked with back-up generators and lead-acid batteries, which consumes 30 billion watts or electricity per year. This is equivalent to 30 nuclear power plants.”
William Horton the Marketing & Commercial Manager of Intrak stated,“the online world has a long way to go before it can even be considered green or clean”. Action needs to be taken now and Intrak’s MVFU will be able to benefit the environment by reducing dirty energy and lowering CO2 pollution.
As of right now the company is seeking to raise $200,000 AUD on the crowd funding platform Indiegogo and will be using funds to commercialize the MVFU system.
“Your support will fund the roll-out of the MVFU system to our broad range of target customers from individual users, business, and government, to allow everyone who uses the internet to save money.”
Those who support the project will not be left empty handed, as the company has seasoned its campaign with a variety of perks which benefit contributors. For example those who contribute $45 will have access to a fully loaded USB with Intrak Technology reduction software as well as 10 free downloads. The CEO has recently released a new Perk the Mobile Learning and Working Package. For $5000 contributors will receive a value packed Perk to include 15 of the latest Windows Tablets loaded the Intrak’s MVFU video streaming reduction software. This package can be donated to charity, schools or special needs community, or ‘thank you’ reward to staff or customers.
Besides using funds to get MVFU on the market, a portion of the funds will be allocated to Industry Bitesinitiative which is responsible for educating young people on a variety of career paths and helping them build a stronger future.
