Intero Explodes Across the Country
Cupertino, CA (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- Intero Franchise Services Inc., a company affiliated with Intero Real Estate, Inc. ("Intero"), ranked 13th largest real estate brokerage in the US on the 2012 REAL Trends 500 list, has added 11 offices to their list of locations bringing the total number to more than 70 across the globe.

Ranging from Sacramento to Alabama, these offices mark a number of milestones for the company.
New offices in Rocklin, CA, East Sacramento and Vacaville add to Intero’s already noticeable presence in the greater Sacramento area, which brings the total number of offices in the region to six. Intero Rocklin, which was formerly United Realty, will offer real estate and mortgage services and be led by Eli Shannon and Ted Golshanara. Ed Gatejen and Ryan Montelius will lead the team of East Sacramento with years of experience running their own private brokerage in the area. And Intero Vacaville will be led by Elizabeth Fry, formerly the owner of Showcase Properties. Fry has over 30 years of experience in estate and her team specializes in Ranch and Land properties.
The Rocklin and East Sacramento offices will add to Intero’s Sacramento region led by David Bicknell, regional developer. "Both the Rocklin and East Sacramento offices are being managed by people who know their way around real estate in the Sacramento area. We’re proud to have them added to our already stellar team," says Bicknell of the addition of the two offices to his group.
The new Orange County office, led by Huan Luyen and Joe Lam, will be located in Fountain Valley. This office adds to an already impressive roster of offices in Southern California. Luyen and Lam bring over 20 years of mortgage and real estate experience and plan to continue to do business in both of these areas.
Edward Szaky brings a wealth of experience in property management and real estate brokerage and will own and operate Intero Walnut Creek. And an offices in Huntsville, AL is the second office opened by Intero east of the Mississippi. The first office in Murfreesboro, TN opened just over a year ago. Intero Huntsville will be led by mortgage loan and property management veteran Sharon Butler. Sharon's property management business in Huntsville will complement the real estate brokerage offering of Intero.
To this list, we’re also adding 5 more locations in the Houston area all led by Katie Maxwell, recently named Vice President of Intero Houston, an Intero Master Franchise. In this role, she will oversee and manage all of their locations including Cy-Fair and West Ave which are open now, and their Energy Corridor and Pearland offices, both scheduled to open soon.
