interRel Consulting Launches Video Education Platform ‘Play it Forward’ at epm.bi/videos
Hollywood, Florida (PRWEB) June 22, 2015 -- interRel Consulting today launched the free-access video education platform, ‘Play it Forward,’ on the company’s YouTube channel. ‘Play It Forward’ is an initiative whereby interRel’s team of experts produce short videos with a focus on Hyperion and Oracle EPM/BI products, providing targeted training content free of charge and on demand. A core value of the company is education along with a commitment to learn something then pass it on, also known as paying it forward.

The video series will include everything from introductory content such as “What is Hyperion Planning?” to advanced content on topics like Essbase Custom Defined Functions. There will even be reference materials as interRel endeavors to make the entire Essbase Technical Reference into instructional videos, one function at a time. Additional related topics like big data, project management, and best practices in budgeting & planning will also be available. None of the interRel videos will require any user opt-in because the purpose of these videos is to educate, not to sell services.
As part of the launch, interRel premiered a parody video during the general session at ODTUG Kscope15, reminding viewers of another transformational era in technology. That video, along with the first batch of educational videos, was released on the interRel YouTube channel today which can be found at http://epm.bi/videos. Additional videos will be released weekly until the entire scope of EPM/BI knowledge has been covered or there is a zombie apocalypse.
