InTouch Follow-Up Announces Near Real-Time Sync with ABC Financial's DataTrak

The InTouch Follow-Up Smart Match feature now transfers lead and member data between the two systems through the most recent and up-to-date sync with DataTrak.
InTouch Technology has enhanced Smart Match to automatically sync lead and member statuses from DataTrak into InTouch Follow-Up on an hourly basis. Smart Match detects when leads or members exist in DataTrak but not in InTouch Follow-Up. It then creates the corresponding new member records in InTouch Follow-Up so health clubs can reduce duplicate data entry and be confident that all new members are receiving retention emails, text messages and phone calls.
