For patient satisfaction, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have rated the following four providers 5 out of 5 stars. The rating means that Intrepid USA provided the best patient experience in comparison to other Medicare-certified home health care providers for the reporting period.

With a national average of 3.5 out of 5 stars, Intrepid’s star ratings have improved significantly over the last 12 months. For Quality of Patient Care Star Ratings, in April 2016 Intrepid had 7 Home Health providers that had star ratings of 3.5 or higher. In April 2017, Intrepid now has 20 Home Health providers that have star ratings of 3.5 or higher, including the two that are rated 5 stars . For Patient Care Experience Star Ratings, in April 2016, Intrepid had 24 Home Health providers that had star ratings of 3.5 or higher.
