Introducing a brand new eco-lodge in the Indian Ocean
UK (PRWEB UK) 8 July 2013 -- Staying at the new Fanjove Private Island is like being shipwrecked on a tiny tropical island, but with a really good architect/builder and a stunning chef!
At just one km long by about 300m wide, with no inhabitants, and with only six beach bandas, Fanjove offers a real escape. This is all about the simple life on a remote Tanzanian island. There are fabulous wood and thatch bandas that open onto the Indian Ocean. The hot water shower and bedside lamps run on solar energy, and the sea breezes are the air-conditioning.
There is an 11km reef just off the island, so snorkeling and diving here is excellent. However guests can simply enjoy the lovely beaches, the nearby sand spits, and the blue waters for swimming close to the island.
Tribes Travel offer a five night stay from £1435 pp sharing, full board. For more details, photos and a video about Fanjove, go to: http://www.tribes.co.uk/Tanzania/fanjove-private-island.
