InventHelp® Client Patents Air Impurity Cleaning System - Invented for Service Garages
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) February 27, 2015 -- InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from California, has invented a system to clean the air of a service garage by filtering out smoke, smog and other impurities. This invention is patented.
“Smog Reducer & Enviro Cleaner” works as a vacuum pump that sucks the dirty air through a tank of water and filter, then releases it from an exhaust hose. The device provides a convenient air-filtration system for a service garage. It removes noxious impurities, such as smoke and smog, from the air, promoting a healthier workplace. The invention is ideal for garages that specialize in smog checks.
Smog Reducer & Enviro Cleaner system is comprised of a main cylindrical container that measures 8-1/2 inches high and 5-1/2 inches in diameter. The container houses a vacuum pump that includes inlet and outlet ports with corresponding hoses. A flared vacuum head is attached to the end of the inlet hose. The outlet hose extends from the side of the container to an inlet/outlet port atop a water tank. A filter of carbon or other material is housed within the tank, and an exhaust hose is located on the side of its exterior. The user fills the tank with water and/or a vapor-neutralizing solution. When the system is activated, dirty air is sucked into the vacuum pump via the inlet hose, and then fed through the outlet hose to the water tank. The valve closes and the air filters through the water and/or solution. Next, the valve opens so that the exhaust hose releases the filtered air. Antifreeze can be added to the water tank if the system is being used in a cold climate. Variations of Smog Reducer & Enviro Cleaner could include different sizes and versions such as home, industrial, military and more.
