InventHelp® Client Patents “Lucy Lock” – Invention Could Help Individuals Zipper Apparel with Ease
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 08, 2016 -- InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from New Jersey, has designed a device that could help pull up a zipper in a quick and easy manner. This invention is patented.
The “Lucy Lock” would enable a user to pull up a zipper quickly and easily, and would be ideal for those with physical limitations. Minimizing strain and hassle, the invention could help to promote convenience and independence. Ergonomic and easy to use, the product could be used by all consumers.
Produced from metal, the Lucy Lock would measure between 25 and 30-inches long. Featuring a finger ring at the top end, it also features a middle chain or cord and a clasp at the bottom end. The clasp could hold up to 5 lbs. To use, the individual would stick his or her finger through the ring and then hook the zipper with the clasp. The zipper is then pulled upward with ease. The invention can be used on all types of apparel – blouses, dresses, etc.
“After shoulder surgery I was unable to pull up zippers with the corresponding hand,” said the inventor. “This inspired me to design something that can help people in s similar situation.”
InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 13-NJD-687 at (800) 851-6030.
