InventHelp® Client Patents “Rattatouille Cafe” – Invention Could Trap Rodents Safely and Easily – Safe for Children and Pets
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 18, 2017 -- InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Alabama, has designed a modified rodent poison-bait feeding station that is safe for birds, pets and children. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The “Rattatouille Café” would provide an alternative way of feeding poison bait to rodents, and eliminates the need to touch dead rodents. Helping to provide an individual with peace of mind, the compact and inconspicuous design is ideal for all types of households and businesses.
Made from treated wood and black plastic, the reusable trap features a tapered front end with a small slitted opening. A bait tray at the back includes a filling port at the exterior top of the back end. To use, an individual opens the swiveling lid of the filling port and drops poison bait onto the tray. He or she then leaves a trail of birdseed that leads to the slitted opening. Lured by the birdseed, the rodent enters the unit, eats the bait, exits the unit and dies later.
“Rats were eating the birdseed we left out, so I needed a way to lure them to poison bait without jeopardizing the birds and my small dogs,” said the inventor.
InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 12-MOZ-113 at (800) 851-6030.
