InventHelp Client's Improved Handle Eases the Use of a Hawk (BMA-4281)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 16, 2015 -- Using conventional hawks to put plaster and/or mud on walls for skim-coating can be a difficult task, and the stuff runs off the front of the hawks when they’re placed on surfaces during non-use. "This inspired me to design a solution to these problems," said an inventor from Bellerica, Mass.
He then created a prototype of the patent-pending New Hawk Hand, which enables a user to handle a plastering hawk in a more ergonomic manner. As a result, it facilitates the skim-coating of plaster and/or mud on a wall. It also reduces messes while the hawk isn’t in use, as well as saves time and effort. The handle is easy to use and ideal for plasterers, drywallers and DIYers.
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
