InventHelp® Client's Invention, Swim Free, Provides an Easier, Safer Way to Swim (ATH-280)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 23, 2015 -- An inventor from Atlanta, Ga., needed a better way to keep her afloat while swimming, so she decided to design a special flotation device to meet this need.
"I used to swim with hand flotation bells to get the benefit of an aerobic, toning, non-impact exercise while keeping my hair and face out of the water," she said. "It worked for awhile, but it turned out to be too much force for my shoulders, and I incurred injuries. When I was ready to resume swimming, I developed the patent-pending Swim Free to have freedom and mobility with my arms and legs, all the while being horizontally atop the water. It works better than my original way of swimming - easier and my hair remains dry!"
She then created a prototype of the Swim Free, a special flotation device that enables a user to swim more easily and safely. It avoids having to put the face or ruin a hairstyle in the water and provides full freedom of arms and legs. It also prolongs swimming endurance and aids in learning or teaching someone to swim.
The original design was submitted to the Atlanta office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
