InventHelp Inventor Develops Accessory for Law-Enforcement Officers (LST-287)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- For law-enforcement officers, having convenient access to additional ammunition is vital, and it could spell the difference between life or death. In order to ensure that an officer is fully prepared for potentially lethal encounters, an inventor from Newhall, Calif. created a prototype for the Last Resort Magazine Pouch.
The accessory provides easy access to extra mags in the middle of a firefight. The design saves the user from having to search for additional magazines or shells. The unit helps make law-enforcement personnel more effective. In addition, the device features a portable design, and it is producible in other design variations.
The inventor's professional experience inspired the idea. He said, "Working in law enforcement, I thought to myself, 'Why should an officer run to his/her trunk for more mags in the middle of a firefight when they could have extra mags up front with them and easily accessible?' This inspired me to come up with this pouch."
The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
