InventHelp Inventor Develops Enhanced Automotive Jack (PND-4329)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 26, 2013 -- If you have ever struggled to jack your vehicle up in order to fix a flat tire, you know how frustrating and potentially dangerous this situation can be, especially if the flat occurred at night on a dimly lit section of the road. To offer a better way to jack up a vehicle, an inventor from Pennsauken, N.J., developed the HYDRAULIC JACK.
The system provides a quick and safe means of lifting a flat tire off the ground for replacement with a spare. The design saves the user from having to struggle in the dark of night along the roadside.
The jack also is usable when performing various do-it-yourself tasks such as tire rotation, brake service, oil changes, greasing the suspension and inspections. The invention eliminates the need for mechanical jack manipulation, and it saves time and effort. In addition, the unit ensures that the motorist is never caught without a jack.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I thought that there had to be a better way to repair flat tires along the roadside," he said. "It is too inconvenient and dangerous to use conventional jacks, so I came up with an easier-to-use, safer method."
The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
