InventHelp Inventor Develops Exercise Device for Overweight/Disabled Individuals (FED-1275)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 20, 2013 -- "I suffered from a heart aneurysm and was told that I should walk every day to get in shape," said the inventor from Seattle, Wash. "I could only walk 1/4 block before needing to sit down and rest. There was rarely a place to sit, so I came up with something to ensure that I could sit down when I needed to."
She developed the HAPPY SEAT to encourage overweight, handicapped and medically disabled individuals to exercise. The lightweight device enables the user to take a rest between exercises or while walking.
This helps to prevent exhaustion and enables the user to exercise consistently. It is designed for use by the morbidly obese, as it holds up to 700 pounds. Additionally, the invention features a compact, easily portable design for on-the-go use.
The original design was submitted to the Seattle office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
