Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Better Drywall Mud (LFY-741)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 28, 2013 -- Normally, drywall finishing work takes up a lot of time, as you have to tape off all the joints and seams, and then go back and mud over them. Not anymore.
An inventor from Prairieville, LA., has created a prototype for the BLOUNT'S TAPELESS SHEETROCK MUD. The mud makes it easier to finish drywall. The mud improves productivity and saves time and effort. Additionally, the mud eliminates the need for tape, which cuts down on man hours.
The inventor's professional experience inspired the idea. "I am a drywall finisher and painter by trade," he said. "I am always searching for new ideas to make the process more efficient and less time-consuming. That is why I invented this improved mud."
The original design was submitted to the Lafayette office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
