Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Child-Friendly Adhesive Bandage (NJD-1122)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 26, 2016 -- "Many children end up removing bandages because they do not look fun or cool," said an inventor from Elizabeth, N.J. "As a published author, I thought that if bandages were designed to be more appealing to children, then they would leave them on so that their wounds heal properly."
She developed the FUN BANDAGE to feature a fun, child-friendly design. The design encourages the child to leave the bandage in place and not pick at it or remove it. This promotes healing of the wound. The bandage is designed to reduce the risk of infection. In addition to children, the bandage is also usable by teens and adults. Furthermore, it is producible in a variety of sizes, colors and designs.
The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
