Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Tubing Tray Fitting Kit (HUN-220)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 30, 2016 -- An inventor from Lake Jackson, Texas, has developed a kit, the patent-pending TRE-BENDER, that would contain a number of specialized hand tools for use by instrument fitters and related workers. It would be intended for use in forming tubing trays to conform to the paths of instrumentation tubing used in industrial and related facilities. A prototype is available.
"As a safety facilitator in construction, I developed a way to make the process of bending tubing trays easier," said the inventor. "This tool will allow tubing to sit properly on the tray and create the proper bend for going around corners."
The invention provides a fast and effective way of bending tubing trays. It includes a built-in gauge for a high degree of accuracy. It also lowers the overall cost of performing this type of work.
The original design was submitted to the Huntsville office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
