Inventor Develops Solution to Shin Splints (TOR-9771)
PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) October 27, 2017 -- "I suffer from shin splints from playing soccer and running on hard surfaces," said an inventor from Markham, Ontario, Canada. "In order to avoid the pains caused by shin splints, I came up with an effective way to strengthen the muscles of my lower legs."
He created a prototype for the patent-pending MY SHIN BUDDY to stretch the muscles of the calves and shins prior to exercise. This prevents the pain and discomfort caused by shin splints. The device provides an effective means of strengthening and toning the muscles of the lower legs and ankles, which results in increased leg strength. The unit helps improve performance in various sports and fitness activities. Additionally, it reduces the risk of injuries.
