InventoryBase tackles commercial property inspections with new report editor

The new system expands the software’s capabilities to allow it to create reports for Commercial properties, Hotels & Resorts, Multi-family homes and Property Management companies.

InventoryBase was originally designed for property inventory clerks and letting agents as a way of streamlining the tenancy process by producing and comparing inventory check in and check out reports.

Now the flexibility of the new report editor has opened the system up to the commercial property industry.

There are even specific report templates available including ‘Summary’ which skips the description part of the report and just provides Item and Condition entry. ‘Scale’ is a useful report type that provides a star-based rating system for calculating property health based on the Good/Fair/Poor approach to inspections.
