The firm is most actively seeking an individual or individuals to fill key roles as Managing Directors at the company’s Seattle location.
The ideal Managing Director candidate will include a self-starter with at least of decade or more of direct hands-on deal making experience. It is also preferred if the individual has a background in direct mid-market company operations. “Most of our investment bankers have owned, operated and exited their own companies and can speak to the experience of an owner,” says Nate Nead, Director. Ideal candidates will also come with a strong, existing network of CEOs and key decision makers. The best investment bankers already have existing relationships and are already well-versed in the ins and outs of facilitating a deal.

While analysts are not expected to have finance or accounting backgrounds, associate and analyst interns are expected to have good computational backgrounds, be well-versed in general business acumen and be able to quickly learn some of the rigors that make investment bankers successful.
