The newly released video tutorials are meant to provide a cursory overview of the company’s newly released fintech software platform. The platform, which went into live beta only a few weeks ago, includes advanced software tools for investment bankers, M&A advisors, private equity fund managers and individual investors. The video tutorials provide a brief walk-through of some of the more advanced features of the company’s platform.
Included in the platform are the following key features: M&A customer relationship management (CRM) software, marketing automation software, project and process management software, virtual data room (VDR), digital signature software and advanced investment deal matcher. While some of the deal matching features are not yet released to the general public, a select group of private beta users has been invited to test and use the platform for a several month free-trial to ensure the system includes all the necessary components most users want, but to also ensure the system is bug-free and the user experience is flawless.

A big catalyst behind the launch of the video tutorials was the need for a streamlined onboarding process with current and new beta users. “Platform training was becoming a time-consuming process with the number of new users we were inviting into the system,” says Christensen. “We needed to be able to onboard more users in a scaled fashion,” he says. As the video tutorials assist the operations team in onboarding more individuals to the system more quickly, the company hopes it can effectively manage and onboard enough individuals and institutions to create a viable private company marketplace.
