Invisible Sentinel and Partners Complete Validation Phase of brewPAL
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) April 13, 2015 -- Invisible Sentinel, Inc., a global molecular solutions company providing first-in-class microbial detection tools to advance quality processes, has completed the validation phase of brewPAL, powered by Veriflow®, with the support of key partners who have also successfully implemented the technology at their breweries.
The “game-changing” product was developed in partnership with Victory Brewing Company (Downingtown, PA) to provide detection of Pediococcus and Lactobacillus in less than three hours from sample to result at any stage of the brewing process. Formal validation partners include Yards Brewing Company (Philadelphia, PA), Weyerbacher Brewing Company (Easton, PA), Russian River Brewing Company (Santa Rosa, CA), and KettleHouse Brewing Company (Missoula, MT).
brewPAL has been rapidly adopted into craft breweries’ quality assurance protocols at locations around the country, and the company is currently working with leading global beer producers to integrate the technology into their multi-site operations.

Invisible Sentinel will formally showcase the technology at this week’s Craft Brewers Conference, presented by the Brewers Association, to be held at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland from April 14th to 17th. More than 10,000 brewing industry professionals are expected to be in attendance.
Siciliano added, “Due to the early success of brewPAL and the technology’s capacity to shift the brewing quality paradigm from reactive to preventive approaches, we have expanded our product pipeline with detection tools for additional microbes. Our product portfolio for the brewing industry will include: brewBRUX for the detection of Brettanomyces bruxellensis [currently available], brewDEK for the detection of wild yeast Dekkera species [coming soon] and brewMAP for the detection of Megasphaera and Pectinatus species [coming soon].”
brewPAL will launch globally in May 2015.
