Invistics Releases Flowlytics v7.0 with New Controlled Substance Solutions

Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) February 04, 2016 -- Invistics®, the recognized leader in inventory tracking software for Controlled Substance manufacturers and analytical/R&D laboratories, today announced the new v7.0 release of the Flowlytics software suite that include several new additions to the current Controlled Substance solution:

  • Report Manager: a standalone software module that helps Controlled Substance managers compile and prepare reports for internal audits, external audits, and reporting of regulatory information to the DEA such as Year-End inventory reports. The reporting templates are tailored to DEA requirements and can expedite the year-end process.
  • Lot Lineage report: a feature added to the Controlled Substance Inventory Tracker that allows Controlled Substance managers to view a graphical dashboard of usage for every controlled substance under their governance. See the lineage history of every batch from raw materials or Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) to the finished product.
  • Improved user management to ensure role-based security and compliance with our Controlled Substance software modules.

The Controlled Substance Inventory Tracker provides real-time visibility from quota granted and API purchased all the way to customer shipment. It allows users to gain visibility into the health of current inventory levels as well as customer, process, and purchase orders through intuitive charts and graphs. It communicates with the Data Vault module which gives Controlled Substance managers a software tool to enter and track all their transactions (from issue, to receive, to move, to destruction) into an electronic database that can then be used to populate the Controlled Substance Inventory Tracker. The Flowlytics software suite is available as a hosted solution or can be implemented at the customer site.
