iPatientCare Successfully Concludes National User Conference (NUCON) 2016

The conference keynote address was delivered by Udayan Mandavia, President/CEO, iPatientCare, in which he focused on the theme of “Pushing the Envelope: Further Out”. Udayan, being a serial entrepreneur traced the healthcare IT reforms since mid-nineties and correlated iPatientCare’s success in strategically evolving a global corporation and a product suite that servers US healthcare sector, including individual clinicians, physician offices, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centres, and hospitals/health systems/ACOs etc. He concluded his address by announcing, “… iPatientCare has spread its geographic expansions to address the needs of Canada, Latin America, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region, India, and Southeast Asia. iPatientCare product, which we unveil today, shall work on any Web browser, any mobile device of any size and operating system, and anywhere in the World”, to the charged up audience cheering and applauding this announcement. iPatientCare NUCON 2016 was attended by iPatientCare users and channel partners from the US and also from more than a dozen countries other than the US.
Kedar Mehta, CTO, iPatientCare, invited by Udayan at the end his Keynote, provided a sneak preview of R2017. The new version of iPatientCare won the hearts of all attendees, evident by the frequent applause and cheers from the audience. Kedar presented the futuristic product through multiple practical usage scenarios which included telehealth visit and remote patient monitoring among many others.
The special attraction of this year’s conference was the informative session from on understanding MACRA: MIPS and APM in the light of the recently published Final Rule. The panel of speakers elaborated on what EP must do today to succeed in the long term. All iPatientCare users and exhibitors/sponsors attended this session and had very lively interaction with the speaker.
There were highest number of exhibitors/sponsors at this event than any similar events before and iPatientCare users visited exhibit booths during lunch and coffee breaks in large numbers.
