ironSource To Host Israel's First Node Conference: NodeConf.is 2014
Tel Aviv, ISRAEL (PRWEB) September 11, 2014 -- ironSource, the world’s leading digital delivery platform, announced today that they will be hosting the first NodeConf in Israel. The event is co-sponsored by Amazon AWS and Tikal Services, and is dedicated to furthering the dialogue around open source and javascript.
Attending the conference will be senior figures in the javascript space who have been behind open source code that is used by hundreds of thousands of developers today.
Speakers include:
Dominic Tarr: One of the top contributors to npm, and author of several prominent modules in the node eco system including rc, through and several levelDB modules.
James Halliday: A top contributor to npm, and author of Browersify – one of the most widely-used modules for building client-side browser applications.
Julian Gruber: A major contributor to the levelDB eco system and Koa
Damon Oehlman: Works for NICTA in Australia, investigating the potential of WebRTC with the researchers there, and rtc.io is his Open Source.
Nadav Bar: Has several year’s experience at Microsoft Israel, where he worked on on{X}, and NodeRT. Bar focuses on mobile/web development, primarily in c++ and node js.
Amos Haviv: Author of MEAN web development and creator of MEAN.IO and MEAN.JS. He has been a full-stack developer for almost a decade, and worked for multiple startups and enterprise companies.
The conference will run from the 15th- 16th September 2014, and the schedule will include both talks and hands-on workshops on topics such as the Internet of Things and managing distributed development complexity better.
