Ironwood's internal health and wellness program is equally as impressive as the unique programs the firm develops for its clients.
Select employers from Atlanta were named winners of the awards program held on February 12th 2015. These winning organizations were honored for their commitment to employee health, with exceptional corporate wellness programming.
Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analysis. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employer Index, a 1-100 metric for wellness programming. With innovative new programs in place since its award, Ironwood seems to be striving to be the leading example of what a "Well Workplace" looks like in Atlanta.
