Isaiah Henry Named President of Seabreeze Management

An association management industry veteran with more than 12 years of success, Henry joins a company positioned for tremendous growth.

With a strong track record overseeing property management divisions with large portfolios of diverse clients throughout California, Henry will oversee all property management and accounting operations at Seabreeze and greatly looks forward to this next challenge:

In his most recent role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Professional Community Management, an Associa company, Henry served on the executive management team developing and executing the company’s strategic marketing platform, identifying new market opportunities while maintaining strong corporate relationships with association board members, vendors, and developers.
Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Business Development at FirstService Residential. There, Henry was responsible for the ongoing direction, leadership and management of all business development activity within the various FirstService Residential Companies throughout California.
Henry is certified by the American Management Association, is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Born in Brooklyn, New York, the Irvine native serves on the Board of Directors for The Medical Supply Project International, a global non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies to people in need. Henry is also active in Mariners Church Irvine and in Young Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to and developing life skills in adolescent youth.
