ISSC-Kanson Partners with New Nat’l & Int’l Distributor
Hohenwald, Tenn. (PRWEB) January 28, 2014 -- ISSC-Kanson Electronics, Inc., a Hohenwald, Tenn.-based manufacturer of industrial sensors and timers, has signed a distribution agreement with Brevan Electronics, Inc., making ISSC-Kanson’s sensors and timers available throughout the 48 contiguous United States and 30 countries worldwide from Brevan’s distribution center in Merrimack, N.H.
With a special emphasis on local markets in New England, Brevan will carry an evolving inventory of ISSC-Kanson sensors and timers for which it anticipates ongoing demand. ISSC-Kanson products are frequently used for manufacturing automation, mining, and power generation applications. To date, the new 1505 Continuous Duty Relay — which is designed to step down 345 VDC external to 12 VDC on a continuous basis without overheating — has been Brevan’s most popular ISSC-Kanson offering.
“We at Brevan Electronics look forward to a long and fruitful business relationship with ISSC-Kanson,” said Stuart Schuster, Principal/Owner of Brevan Electronics. “We will serve Kanson customers by developing an inventory of popular parts and as a point of contact for customers who would like to see a distributor inventory of ISSC-Kanson products.”
“Partnering with Brevan Electronics is an important development for ISSC-Kanson,” said Arthur Filson, President of ISSC-Kanson. “Not only do we now have a dedicated distributor in New England, but our products will be more widely available on the national and international levels.”
