IT Services Leader Clearvision Appoints Regional Head In Philadelphia, Commits To Diversity In Team Building

This appointment comes as part of Clearvision’s strategic commitment to an expanded sales and service delivery presence in the United States.

In her role as Head of Americas, Michelle Westich is dedicated to Clearvision’s growth in the US market. An accomplished, hands on senior executive, Westich brings over 25 years of results-oriented experience in maximizing organizations’ capabilities to Clearvision as the business expands.
The growth of Clearvision’s US team is particularly noteworthy due to the diverse nature of recruits and existing team members. The tech industry is known for its lack of diversity, but Clearvision is pleased to reveal that its flexible, inclusive culture has created an environment where 50% of US staff identify as female, and 21% of US staff are women of color.
