ITC Global Translations Will Be Speaking at the American Translators Association 56th Annual Conference

ATA Annual Conference is one of the main events in the translation industry in the Unites States. Each year around 1800 freelance translators, translation agencies and representatives of universities gather to promote their services, learn new skills and meet new colleagues.
The ATA 56th Annual Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, FL on Nov 4-7, 2015. ATA56 is the place for dedicated professionals wanting to expand their knowledge and their work in the translation and interpreting industry.
Céline Imbaud and Lea Stancavich of ITC Global Translations will be presenting “Translator Satisfaction Surveys for Language Services Providers: The Path to a Happy Translator”.

The session will provide an overview of how language services providers (LSPs) can use satisfaction surveys as a tool to collect feedback from freelancers and apply the results in daily operations. The session will provide a step-by-step explanation of how to create a survey, provide sample questions, and explain how to evaluate and implement the feedback to improve the LSP’s day-to-day processes and quality delivered to clients. Doing so will benefit both the LSP and the translator and ultimately improve their working relationship. Attendees will learn how to use the survey results as a sales tool for existing and potential clients.
