James’ focus will be on customer relations and business development. He will also be responsible for navigating the rapidly evolving channel market and small to medium business (SMB) markets, identifying new areas for expansion, and driving the vision, strategy and team execution to ensure ITS’ alignment and success in these markets.
While holding executive leadership level positions at two of the Midwest's largest Telecommunications organizations – Egix and Cincinnati Bell, James has been providing leading edge IT and telecom expertise to SMB and Fortune 1000 companies throughout the Midwest for the past 20 years. James has been instrumental in the development and growth of VoIP and IT solutions for thousands of customers and is looking forward to the opportunities to help ITS grow and expand into new areas.
