Within this role, Lisa will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the employee experience.

In her most recent role as director of human resources at Schurman Retail Group, Lisa oversaw all human resource functions such as benefit programs, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, payroll, employee relations, regulatory compliance and risk management for over 2,500 employees in 32 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Colorado, earning her B.A. in psychology and communications. She lives in Benicia, California, in the U.S. with her husband and twins. In Lisa’s spare time, she can be found on the sidelines of the soccer fields and swimming pools cheering for her kids. An avid San Francisco Giants and San Jose Sharks fan, she also participates in a bocce ball league. Lisa has a love for travel and has been to more than 16 countries.
