IXIASOFT DITA CMS Taking Root in Japan
Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- IXIASOFT, a leader in the component content management systems (CCMS) marketplace, announced today the launch of its website in Japanese: http://www.ixiasoft.com/jp/.
This is one of a few major steps IXIASOFT is taking to encourage the use of DITA CMS in the Japanese market. In October 2015, IXIASOFT released version 4.2 of DITA CMS which has the option for a Japanese user interface. The IXIASOFT DITA CMS User Guide has also been translated into Japanese.
“We know how important it is to be able to use a product in your native language and so we have made a conscious effort to offer this to the Japanese market,” said Eric Bergeron, CEO of IXIASOFT. “With our product, and now our website, available in Japanese, we hope to reach more DITA users in Japan and beyond. It’s much easier now for Japanese-speaking users and potential customers to learn more about us and our products and evaluate if we are the best choice to support their content strategy.”
IXIASOFT has had its eyes on Japan for several years. They are a proud member of the DITA Consortium Japan and are involved with the technical communications and DITA communities in Tokyo and Kyoto. IXIASOFT has also participated at various DITA Festa and TC Symposium events held in both cities. Last fall and this past spring, Dr. Sven Leukert, VP of Knowledge Management at SAP – an IXIASOFT DITA CMS enterprise customer presented at DITA Festa 2014 held in Tokyo and DITA Festa 2015 in Kyoto.
IXIASOFT also recently partnered with the Japanese firms, Hulinks and NEXTSOLUTION that will assist IXIASOFT in the promotion of its DITA CMS in Japan, while offering complementary services to customers.
IXIASOFT will be in Tokyo, Japan December 3 - 4 for DITA Festa 2015 Tokyo. Keith Schengili-Roberts, IXIASOFT DITA Specialist, was invited to present this year's keynote presentation about the current state of DITA use worldwide. His presentation examines which companies and industry sectors are using DITA, and the reasons why this structured content standard has spread worldwide since it was first introduced 10 years ago. Eric Bergeron, IXIASOFT CEO, and Nobutoshi Murata, IXIASOFT Regional Sales Director - Japan, will also be in attendance.
