On Wednesday, May 24, Kerzreho will present a workshop entitled, “When (and How) to Switch to Structured Content and a CCMS”. This workshop will help audience members recognize when and how a team should consider switching to structured content and a CCMS. Practitioners and documentation managers will be able to better understand their challenges and learn how structured content can help them to serve their customers in a more consistent and timely manner.

Kerzreho is also giving a tools presentation on Wednesday, May 24, entitled, “Collaborative and standard solution for the modern technical publication team”. This presentation will discuss how a technical publication department can support information consistency, more personalized and translated content, and an earlier time-to-market, all while controlling costs by using the appropriate methodology and tools, such as the IXIASOFT DITA CMS.

IXIASOFT partners, Congility and Mekon, are also presenting their products and services at this event.

Less than two weeks later, IXIASOFT will head over to LavaCon Dublin, held June 5 – 8 in Dublin, Ireland. IXIASOFT is a Silver Sponsor of this event - the first European edition of LavaCon. IXIASOFT is exhibiting its signature product, the IXIASOFT DITA CMS, as well as presenting.

This workshop will equip participants with planning tactics for laying out their next content initiative. The participants leverage a planning framework and participate in an interactive process of identifying key project opportunities and risks as well as exploring their own project roadmap.

Kerzreho will also present, “DITA Metrics for a Continual Improvement Process” on Monday, June 6. This presentation will discuss how to use DITA metrics beyond the initial Return on Investment calculus and how DITA metrics can also contribute to a continual improvement process.
