His 15 years of experience supporting sales, customer service, and project management of new rolling stock and MRO services in the passenger rail market will benefit the organization, their supplying partners, and those they serve.

Harper received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY, and is an active member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). Prior to accepting the appointment at JBG, he served as Director of Sales and Project Management for the transit division of Penn Machine Company LLC in Blairsville, PA. Previously, Harper served as Director of Project Management for Westcode Incorporated in West Chester, PA.
