James Beard Award Winning Chef Christine Keff Tapped to Design Menus for Argosy Cruises
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- James Beard award-winning chef Christine Keff is bringing her culinary creativity to the waters of Puget Sound as Argosy Cruises Chief Culinary Designer. Keff has been celebrated throughout the food and wine industry for her use of global spices and local ingredients. Keff will be working directly with Argosy Cruises culinary team as they together create the best floating dining experience in Western Washington.
The Keff-designed seasonal menus reflect flavors and ingredients that are true to the Northwest. The menus incorporate ingredients that are fresh during each season including sustainably harvested food like wild salmon.

While there, she was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as Best Chef in the Pacific Northwest/Hawaii.
