Jeff Zeigler Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Starwood Retail Partners
GREENWICH, Conn. (PRWEB) December 05, 2017 -- Starwood Retail Partners and its parent Starwood Capital Group, the global private real estate investment firm, announced today that Jeff Zeigler has been named Chief Operating Officer of Starwood Retail Partners effective December 4, 2017.

Zeigler has more than 25 years of real estate experience, with a specialization in retail development and leasing. During his career, he has been involved in the development, leasing and management of regional malls, grocery-anchored strip centers, big-box promotional centers and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Starwood Retail Partners, Zeigler was Senior Managing Director of Retail Services at OliverMcMillan and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He was responsible for retail leasing at Oliver McMillan, where he oversaw retail lease negotiations, tenant coordination, project merchandising and property marketing for the company's new and existing properties. Prior to joining OliverMcMillan, he was a Partner at Continental Real Estate and Steiner & Associates. He also served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at The Westfield Group and The Herring Group.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
