Jeffco Public Schools Partners with TeacherMatch® to Identify and Hire More Effective Educators
Golden, Colorado (PRWEB) January 27, 2016 -- Jeffco Public Schools and TeacherMatch, a leading provider of research-based K-12 talent management tools, are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership.
Located in Golden, Colorado, Jeffco Public Schools will use the comprehensive TeacherMatch solution, including a variety of data-driven capabilities such as applicant tracking, automated onboarding, and advanced reporting.
At the center of the TeacherMatch solution is the Educators Professional Inventory (EPI®), a research-based hiring tool that is designed to predict the impact that teacher candidates will have on student growth. Jeffco will use the adaptive screening instrument to help inform and support hiring decisions.
